Edward McDougall is the Proprietor and Oenologue behind E. J. McDougall.He has more than two decades of winemaking experience and has worked across Australia, New Zealand, Italy and France. His international career has included vineyard and winemaking projects in multiple wine regions, while his E. J. McDougall project is centred on Australia's capacity to produce world-class fine wine.
Lilian Carter is the Winemaker at E. J. McDougall.Raised in Rutherglen, Australia, Lilian grew up around vineyards before studying oenology at the University of Adelaide. She has also completed the Advanced Wine Assessment Course at the Australian Wine Research Institute and gained international vineyard and winemaking experience in France, South Africa, China and New Zealand.
