Delivery within Australia

We offer delivery services throughout Australia. Our goal is to get your wine to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders of 12 bottles or more to most locations within Australia. This offer excludes Western Australia (WA).

Shipping Costs

For orders of less than 12 bottles, and for all deliveries to Western Australia (WA), shipping costs will be calculated based on courier rates and the delivery address. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Generally, deliveries within major metropolitan areas can be expected within 3-7 business days. Regional and remote areas may take longer. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor its progress.

Dispatch

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please note that during peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

Important Notes

• Please note that orders are for full 6-pack cases only. We do not offer mixed cases.
• We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
• Someone must be present to sign for the delivery. If no one is available, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect your order from the courier depot.
• We take great care in packaging your wine to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.

Please note that our website currently only delivers within Australia. For our international customers, we recommend contacting our overseas stockists.
