Age Restriction

You must be of legal drinking age in your country of residence to purchase alcohol from our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in the jurisdiction to which the product is being shipped.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). For international orders, the final amount charged may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations at the time of payment processing. Prices include GST where applicable for Australian orders. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver wine within Australia only. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services or customs processing in the destination country.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of faulty or damaged goods. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. Refunds will be processed once the returned goods are received and inspected.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at wine@ejmcdougall.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
