Andrew describes our 2024 EJ McDougall Chardonnay (Margaret River) as “beautiful and classical... richly flavoured and creamy with ample grapefruit, nectarine, yellow peach flavours... superb mid palate volume and fresh long indelible acidity.” We are proud to share that this wine received an outstanding 97 points.
Our 2023 EJ McDougall Grenache (McLaren Vale) was praised for its “fresh strawberry pastille, red cherry, chinotto/cola aromas... generous, supple and linear... superb viscosity and long negroni-like finish.” This wine was awarded an impressive 96 points.
The 2023 EJ McDougall Old Vine Shiraz (McLaren Vale) was noted for its “intense choco-berry fruits with flinty black olive notes... well concentrated, fleshy and grippy... claret-like finish,” earning a strong 94 points.
